There are three types of this adapter. The VXLR, VXLR+ (this one), and VXLR Pro. They are fundamentally different in the fact that the VXLR+ and Pro transform phantom power into plug-in power! If your microphone does not need plug-in power, you can buy the Røde VXLR Adapter.
